Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid advisory engagements with Mindfabricpoint Trade Marketing—category growth roadmaps, trade activation design, assortment and shelf planning, and trade spend diagnostics. This site does not sell physical products or offer self-serve digital subscriptions.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when we cancel an engagement, fail to deliver agreed kickoff within the timeframe in the statement of work for reasons solely within our control, or when a deposit is paid and the engagement is cancelled under the conditions below.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be emailed to hello@mindfabricpoint.digital within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, our cancellation notice or a missed contractual kickoff date).

Deposits

Engagements typically require a deposit to reserve workshop dates and research time. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel in writing at least 10 business days before the agreed start date. Cancellations inside 10 business days forfeit the deposit, as preparation work will already have begun.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund: if we cancel before work starts, or if kickoff does not occur for reasons solely within our control and no substitute date is mutually agreed within 21 days.
• Partial refund: if an engagement is stopped after work has started by mutual written agreement, fees are owed for completed phases; unused prepaid amounts for remaining phases may be refunded.

Non-refundable items

• Completed workshops, delivered roadmaps, diagnostics, and activation packs.
• Third-party costs already incurred with your written approval (for example venue hire or specialised data purchases).
• Time spent after you approve a phase deliverable.

Work already started

Once research, workshops, or drafting has begun, fees for that phase are payable. We do not refund for change of commercial strategy on your side after kickoff, unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule workshops once without fee if you give at least 5 business days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a reasonable preparation fee stated in the proposal.

No-shows

If key client participants miss a scheduled workshop without timely notice, that session is considered delivered. A replacement session may be booked at additional cost.

Purchased materials

Printed or licensed research materials bought specifically for your engagement with prior approval are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of written approval. Bank processing times may vary.
