Agreement

By accessing mindfabricpoint.digital or engaging Mindfabricpoint Trade Marketing (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

Services

We provide trade marketing advisory services focused on category growth planning, including roadmaps, assortment and shelf planning, trade activation design, and trade spend diagnostics. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A separate written proposal or statement of work confirms scope, fees, and timelines for any paid engagement.

No online checkout

This website does not process payments or complete purchases. Submitting a contact form is a request for information, not a binding order.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. You may not copy or redistribute site materials for commercial use without permission.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to data reasonably required for the engagement. Delays in client inputs may extend timelines.

Confidentiality

Both parties will treat non-public commercial information shared during an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from advisory recommendations, which remain subject to your own commercial judgment and retailer negotiations. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful or harmful content through forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
